Uncertainty analysis in EFD have attracted the attention of many experts and scholars over the world so that 22th and 23th ITTC require that ship tanks over the world should give the uncertainty of experiment when they carry out the experiment. Basing on existing research, this thesis makes a detailed research on the method of combination of uncertainty analysis with EFD and brings forward new reasonable methods of computing the uncertainty in resistance test.Firstly the thesis introduces the theory of uncertainty analysis and the methods of dealing with data before the process of uncertainty analysis; Part 3 makes a detailed discussion on uncertainty analysis and EFD, and then basing on the characteristics of uncertainty analysis and EFD we put forward many acceptable methods of using uncertainty analysis in EFD; Part 4 makes a comprehensive analysis on current research for uncertainty analysis in resistance test, and then according to the research we bring forward a new reasonable method of calculating the uncertainty in wetted surface and , by the introduction to Deming's method solve the problem that exist in computing the standard deviation of linear regression where independent variable and attributive variable both have error and then after studying the essence in precision error, put forward a adaptable solution to dealing with precision error in resistance test; Finally the thesis advance many view on the development of uncertainty analysis in EFD.
