According to some problem in the construction control of Xian'tao Hanjiang Highway Big Bridge, many methods about simulation analysis and study is applied in this paper.By utilizing the commercial FEM program-ANSYS, the elaborate structural simulation model is set up for the Xian'tao Hanjiang Highway Big Bridge. The entities calculation models are made up of the whole bridge model, the detail model of consolidation position between the beam and the tower, the main tower deviation model in the sunlight and the settlements model of pile groups base on pile-soil interaction. It uses 3-D solid element to reinforced concrete and link element to pre-stressed and cable in the course of building model. The entity structure models overcome the shortcomings in the traditional analysis method based on some assumption and they are more close to the real structure.The whole bridge model is used to calculate the tress and displacement of the bridge under some certain work conditions in the paper. The results are contrasted with those from the bridge design software. At the same time, the tress distribution drawing is drawn through calculating the detail model of consolidation position between the beam and the tower. The results are very important and meaningful for the design and construction of this type of bridges in the future.The variation of deviation at the top of the tower is emphasized in the paper when the sun shines in different directions. The regularity about the variation of deviation is obtained through analyzing the actual measurement record in the construction control. It also builds tower FEM model in the sunlight, describes the distribution of temperature field in the typical section of tower and calculates the deviation at the top of the tower in different conditions of sunlight. All these results are contrasted with the actual measurement results.In addition, the settlement of pile groups is set up in the paper after simplify such factors as the soil properties, boundary conditions, the applying forces and so on. It computes the settlement by utilizing ANSYS and contrasts it with the actual measurement results in the construction. The paper discusses some problem in theoretical arithmetic.
