Dispatch System of Hydropower Station(DSHS) is composed of Dam Security Monitoring system, Hydrological Forecasting system, Reservoir Optimal Dispatching system, Gate Monitoring system, Generating Monitoring system. So it is an integration system consists of Data Collection, Management, Query function. The stability and security of integration system is the guarantee of power quality and high efficient work. The Management of Real-Time Data that reflects running status of plant is foundation of the system. There exist important theoretical purport and applied value on the research of ASHS and Real-Time Database.Studying on system integration for DSHS is one of the important research problems in hydropower station, which is first part presented in this thesis. Based on synthetic studying on the theory and technique of system integration, and according to present domestic actuality of DSHS, author present several integration schemes about DSHS software and hardware system that adapt to different condition of hydropower. At the same time, fault-tolerance technologies and time synchronization in system integration are researched, and some good methods enhance the system fault-tolerance ability and time nicety.Subsequently, the thesis exams the theory of Real-Time database(RTDB) and application on the industrial control field, then present the system thinking and realization method of RTDB for DSHS, which is the guarantee of veracity and concurrency for mass data. At the same time, object-oriented method is introduced into the frame of RTDB, and the layer-relation Real-Time database model is constructed. At last, the functions and realized method of RTDB for hydropower station are presented in this paper, which is necessary for the process of studying of system integration with history database.
