| The reinforced concrete in seawater has been early damaged by corrosion, which becomes a world concern and a more prominent problem. At present it is a hot issue to do research on reinforced concrete corrosion and its protection in the world. This paper mainly focuses on several problems of corrosion-proof performance of the reinforced concrete member in seawater, including the theory of reinforced concrete corrosion in marine environment, and the protection in accordance with the theory.First, seawater is taken in representative place of the yellow sea as a sample, and made quantitative analysis of the constant element and main salt. Then explanations in details on the corrosion theory of concrete, reinforcement and chloride to concrete have been set forth . In this paper, many kinds of protection methods to the reinforced concrete are also discussed and experiments are made on them. These methods include how to improve the concrete structure, such as a addition of the active mineral mixture, the control of the amount of C3A in concrete, and the alternative of better coarse and fine aggregates; to improve the density and the performance of ingression-proof, such as the reduction of the concrete W/C and the addition of the cement amount in the concrete; to mix antiseptic, rust inhibitor and permeation resistance agent in the concrete; and to coat the surface of the concrete and improve the construction operation of the concrete .The results show that the addition of the active mineral mixture as coal powder can remarkably improve the concrete strength and durability. And also a lot of researches are carried on the influence of the amountof C3A in the cement on the concrete corrosion-proof by mortar sample expansion and deformation experiment according to the different amount of C3A in the concrete.This paper also deals with the concrete density, from which a conclusion is draw that the reduction of W/C can improve the concrete corrosion-proof performance.Series studies on the performance influence show that by the addition of the antiseptic, rust inhibitor and permeation resistance agent in the concrete, it can improve the concrete performance against compressive strength, ingression, freezing and thawing and corrosion by seawater.In the last part, in the situation that the reinforcement is beyond the complete protection of the concrete, series tests on the rustproof effect of the antiseptic, rust inhibitor and permeation resistance agent has proved that it has obvious rustproof function to the concrete.The experiment researches prove that the addition of the antiseptic, rust inhibitor and permeation resistance agent in the concrete is the simplest and economical effective measure. |
