The transportation is a main artery of our national economy. Once the common iron dual-purpose important bridge like Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge is broken the traffic would be cut off and it will take a long time to repair it, so will cause an enormous economic losses. This bridge bump against and up to 70 times since opening to the traffic in 1957, arouse the attention from personages of various cirdes of society. Had proposed paying attention to the motion about the anticollision of bridge at the national Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge many times it collide into accident on the 1994, when assume office as there aren' t vice-premier Zou Jiahua and Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Railways leader demand to conside the anticollision measure of the long-term stability, to make sure of the safety of the bridge.Student have carried on some investigations. Know the accident that some domestic and international shipping knocks into bridge. Know that it is necessary to launch the subject. Know shipping bump into pier could be protect, and protect system can bring heavy economic benefits and social benefits. The pier anticollision about Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge is discussed in this article.[1]Have analysed the situation about knocking into Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge.
