The dissertation states Low-voltage Distribution Network Management System .This system, which is based on the Electric Power Circuitry map , mainly resolves the problems ,such as facilities management, customer management, theoretical line loss calculation and power analysis. It is noted that it makes the management of county low-voltage distribution network visual.In the dissertation, the geographic map and low-voltage distribution network topological graph are incorporated to meet the demands of facilities management and customer management; and users can draw the low-voltage distribution network topological graph easily on the geographic map according to fact; as a main technical index of the distribution network, the accuracy of theoretical line loss is signal. Using the accurate data from users; electrical energy meters, a kind of theoretical line loss calculation algorithm that suit the county-level enterprise of power supply has been realized in the system, through improving and optimizing the feature coefficient of load curve and the equivalent resistance calculation.The technology used in the system is creative in the low-voltage distribution management, especially the usage of GIS. Its map management function is powerful and convenient for user to realize the various vector operations of map. Therefore from the beginning of the system development, it was paid more attention to. Now system has been applied to Yanshi Power Supply successfully and gotten economic benefits and social effect.
