In this paper, both problems and shortcomings of the long blast-proof vibration motor are presented, the methods to solve those problems are also put forwarded. The projects are obtained to conduct the vibratory machine design by kinetic analysis of the vibratory machinery and vibration motors. The finite element models are formated, and the program to test the long vibratory motors are brought forward. The finite element simulation and testing results proved that both theoretical analysis and testing method are available.The study content belongs to dynamic characteristics parameter testing of the long blast-proof vibration motors, which is an open fund item (No. PLN0127) of the Hydrocarbon-bearing Pool Geology and Developmental project State Emphases Laboratory. The main content of this paper could be described as follows:1. The dynamic harass degree of the motor rotor is analyzed, and the vibration mechanical models are obtained. The methods that the bearing elastic vibration control to solve those problems are obtained.2. Much application of the long vibration motors on vibration machinery in particular of the drilling shakers is systemic summarized, correspondent mechanical models are established. The method that adjusting the relative location of the center of force and the mass center of the vibration system by adjusting relative fix location between the motors and the machinery. This method is simple and available to conduct vibration machinery design.3. The self-synchronizing mechanical model of two equidirectional gyration and reverse gyration motors with inequality nature diameter product are established. The vibrate block moment eccentric block of the two motors are obtained by kinetic analysis means and Hamilton's principle. The two motors synchronizing conditional and stability of synchronization condition are get based above derivation. The electromechanical coupling mathematical model between vibration machinery and vibration motors are established based on the multivariate mathematical model of the three-way asynchronous vibration motors and vibrate block moment eccentric block of the two motors, meanwhile, the simulation model of Matlab is established.4. The finite element models of the modeling testing machine are estab lished in ANSYS. Modal analysis and humorous response analysis are calculated, in this analysis, two long and short motors, three long and motors modal are simulated, comparative result and the optima exciting frequency (rotation rate) of the motors are obtained at last.5. After referencing the specification of the national standard GB/ T11648-89(drilling shaker), according to the petroleum industry condition, the torsional vibration, pendular vibration, exciting force self-synchronizing and stability of synchronizing,the stability of vibrate synch ronous transmission of two and more long vibration motors are tested. All of above testing parameters will replenish the blank of both product development and quality test measure of this type of motors both here and abroad.
