| The water-reducing agent of naphthalene-series is a kind of very-important concrete admixture. The quality is in more need due to its widespread usages and the society development. Because of defects and disadvantages of the water-reducing agent in itself, it hasn' t been satisfied with high-standard and special concrete. So it is necessary to modify it. In this article the modification of water-reducing agent of naphthalene-series with phenol is studied. Quite a few experiments based on qualitative analysis have been done according to the theory and technique of naphthalene-series. By the analysis and summation of the experiment data, important results and technique parameter have been obtained. It' s absolutely workable to modify the water-reducing agent of naphthalene-series with phenol. The quality of the product can be improved a lot after being modified. When the dosage of admixture is 0. 7%, water reducing rate can come up to 27. 6%. It is more 7 percentage than that of naphthalene-series, and the other quality indexes can also be improved at different degrees. The operating parameter of the water-reducing agent of phenol is followed. The raw mole ratio of phenol, concentrated sulphuric acid, formaldehyde was with 1:1.24:0.96 or so; adding acid at 85~90 ; adding formaldehyde at 80~85 ; keeping warm of 100-110 to sulfornation and condensation ; the phenol-sulfornated solution can't be condensated before ether including 12 percent of benzene ether is mixed and extracted. The operating parameter to modify the water-reducing agent of naphthalene-series with phenol is followed. The raw weight ratio of industrial naphthalene, the phenol-sulfornated solution, modified concentrated sulphuric acid, modified formaldehyde was between 1:0.4 ~ 0.5:0.25 ~ 0.3:0.23 ~ 0.25; adding modified concentrated sulphuric acid to keep temperature under 100 ;keeping warm of 100-110 util condensation. This study is based on current industralization technique of naphthalene-series. So the study is valuable for industralization of the water-reducing agent of naphthalene-series modified by phenol. |
