| This article mainly introduced the frame and the principle of the automatic monitor system for multi-point micro-displacement, whose microcontroller is AT89C52.The design of the monitor system is divided into two parts: hardware and software system. The hardware system mainly includes sensor electric circuit, micro-controller, analog-digital single converter electric circuit, memory, display, controller reset, communication interface, the alarm device. Each part primarily introduced the selection of the clip which is needed by the circuit. It is also introduced the dependable design of the integrated circuit and its measures of resisting interferes. The software parts include the software flow chart and various anti-jamming measures. Several sensors work in the state of the real time to exam the distance between the disc-shaped brake and the column. The single that is sent by input channels is changed by A/D converter, and then put into microcontroller and display on the screen. The monitor system judges the distance of the disc-shaped brake with the initial value if it is within the scope of provision, and display it on the screen. It can also be sent into computer by communication interface and cable and controlled by remote computer.This system is designed to ensure the safe running of the lift machine and to measure the distance of the disc-shaped brake. It can also be used to measure the micro-displacement between different objects when it is modified a little.This system makes use of the micro-controller to build the examination to measure the distance of the distance of the disc-shaped brake. If using computer to exam in remote area, it can be used to inspect the local working states, and can also be used in the long range to monitor the gap of the disc-shaped brake. |
