| The automatic control of Ball Pulverized Storage System in Power Plant is always a technical headac and its safe operation affects the operation of power plant directly, while Ball Mill is a key equipment in Ball Pulverized Storage System. With the improvement of control level constantly, the control of Ball Pulverized Storage System becomes one of bottlenecks of plant's modernization, while the control of Ball Mill is the bottleneck of its system. Even if the plant production unit pays a lot attention on it, there are always some faults in Ball Pulverized Storage System such as Bearing Burnt-Out, coal-powder leakage and coal blockage. Ball-mill's efficiency should be given more concern besides safety because the 15 percent of whole power consumption ascribes to Ball Pulverized Storage System while Ball Mill consumes the 70% of its system. According to the operational data, the energy consumption of 1kg Pulverized-coal is 20~40 kw.h unequally,which is based on the experience of operators. Therefore, the solution of Ball-Mill' control will be helpful to the improvement of Plant's safety and efficiency. The level control of Pulverized-coal is the control base of whole Ball-Mill. The paper is a requisite preparation to resolve the control problem of Ball Mill in Power Plant and analyzes Ball Mill and its operational characters deeply. Similarly, it also describes the appliance of supersonic inspection in industrial field. Due to complexity of Ball Mill operational situation, the paper gives several schemes to deal with some technical problems which maybe block the procedure of project. Accompanying with these contents, it also provides some supports and guarantee in theory. Here, we build the mathematical model of supersonic attenuation in pulverized coal using Transport Theory to and get the simulation outcomes from the model by programming the model and calculating it in computer. Finally, the paper justify the model and simulation outcome, draws some conclusions by doing trials and analyzing results。The last trials'outcome shows that simulation results are valid. It means the theory and model are correct and reasonable. The paper studies both the measuring methods and theory modelling futher, gets some achievements and provides some ideas and theory outcomes.Similarly, it directs the supersonic inspect into thermal engineering field and yield the next step to measure coal level, as a result, will affect the engineering measure deeply. |
