The integrate of digitize, comperhensivization, networking and intelligence are the developing trend and characters of advanced manufacturing technology. Now there are many equipments located in wide area discretely. Some are far away from the control center, some are fixed in moving carriers such as train, ship etc. Because of these equipments located discretely and far away from each other, it's difficult or even couldn't display the data transporting wire. Thus the traditional control mode with wire doesn't adapt to it.Based on current advanced technologies of digital chip, WAP, wireless communication and Short Message Service, depending on domestic GSM/GPRS carrier network, this paper focus on the study and accomplishment of the remote wireless integrated control platform about discrete distribution equipments. In the platform, the data-transporting carrier is domestic stabile GSM/GPRS wireless network, the data compact format is WAP, the data cell is Short Message and the network security guarantee depends on the advanced WTLS and IPSec.The platform is divided into five layers named as locate equipment layer, data collect and check layer, data transaction layer, data transport layer and application layer. In this paper, the mathematical model of the platform is closed loop discrete time control system. At the same time, this paper gives definition about each layer's function, data transporting protocol and related behaviors, basing on the study on the key technologies of the platform, gives the decomposition scheme-using different technology at different section to guarantee the network security, at last gives the design about WAP browser used in mobile terminals.The platform has the ability on data transporting, automatic alarming, work waking and unattended operation about remote located equipments, which enable the workers monitor these equipments remotely and freely. The platform has following advantages: cost less, bring into operation easily and rapidly, working steady, moveable control terminals. It will bring great benefit to users and making the loss less and decrease the worker's default and has bright application future.
