Widely used in the domain of industry and civilian buildings and constructions, slab is one of the important structure forms in engineering. The slab research is also an emphases in the concrete structure, and in this thesis I will have a series of analysis that how to distinguish between one-way slab and two-way slab in the elasticity lamella. In current project design people always compartmentalize the one, two-way slab consulting the latest standard <>. However, the present criterion is to distinguish between one-way slab and two-way slab in concrete according to the Marcus slat-method, taking the circumscription while the ratio of length and width was equal to 2.In this artic I have the finite element analysis on the uniformly distributed loaded four sides retaining plate in linear and elasticity bound, and realize that there exits a huge difference between Marcus slat-method and the distributed loaded transfer rule of four sides retaining plate finite element model. Thus, based on my analysis, we can get a new and more reasonable point for the division between one-way slab and two-way slab via the stress investigation for the uniformly distributed loaded four sides retaining plate. The main investigation object in this thesis is the four sides retaining plate under uniformly distributed load. At first, I put forward the problem of the Marcus slat-method: due to the mathematical model which could not represent the truth stress of the lamella this method can not achieve a reality result; Then, according to the finite element theorem of the slab, I get the finite element elastic solution for the four sides retaining plate via ANSYS simulation and analysis, investigate the distribution rule of deforming, inverse force and internal force of uniformly distributed loaded tetragonal retaining plate in the condition of different ratio of length and width, then generally I can get hold of the variety rule of the inverse force and internal force as the change of ratio of length and width of the uniformly distributed loaded tetragonal retaining plate. Thus we can regard this rule as the reference for compartmentalizing the one, two-way slab, then give the concrete advice:The four sides retaining slab should be designed as following rules:(1) It should be computed as the two-way slab while the ratio of length and width is not more than 3.0;(2) It could be computed as the one-way slab loaded along the shorter side while theratio is bigger than 3.0;(3) Designing as the one-way slab, we should still set distributing concrete on the vertical direction of the stress except the loaded concrete along the stress direction. The cross sectional area of the distributing concrete every unit length should be not suitable less than 35% of the ratio of reinforcement;(4) Designing as the one-way slab, the cross sectional area of the distributing concrete every unit length on the vertical direction of the stress should be satisfied the requirement of the ratio of reinforcement.
