The paper mainly utilizes rapidly developed technology of CAD and computer, and mainly studies the following three aspects:1. Based on the analysis of each parameter's performance influence of air cooler heat exchange, doing the research work of design computation and programming of air cooler's evaporator under frosting conditions, calculating by utilizing the program for one condition, analyzing the result and parametric drawing by second-developed tool: ObjectARX, and developing the software.2. Based on the design computation, according to economic optimization rule, building the optimized design model of air cooler's evaporator under frosting conditions, also developing the software and computing and analyzing the optimization result by using the software. According to the thinking of optimization, studying optimized design of refrigeration system. Also studying the limited superposed method to calculate the unstable performance of air cooler under frosting conditions.3. Introducing the design process of refrigeration network education examination system, also bettering the whole system and putting forward the method of performance improvement, and building the network education system model basing on J2EE in the near future.
