The dissertation puts forward the modeling of detecting and measuring(D&M) distributed system, based the analysis of the development of distributed computer control system in different fields and automatization of detecting and measuring in manufacture process. The modeling classifies and defines on system function compartition, control function, hardware structure and design means of software. The dissertation introduces two examples about the application of the modeling:rod and ingot D&M distributed system, microbearing D&M distributed system.The dissertation is made up of 8 chapter, the main content of each chapter as follows:Chapter 1 is preface. The actuality of distributed computer control system in different fields and the important signification about automatization of D&M in manufacture procedure. In brief, the background of two scientific research items is introduced.In chapter 2, On the basis of different system function, the system can be divided into three parts: D&M sub-system, control of D&M automatization sub-system and control of D&M circumstances sub-system. In the view of control, the modeling,the system is plotted three layers: direct control layer, cooperation with detecting and control system layer, organization layer. With the view of multi-stage distribution, we can carve up system hardware into three floor: field floor, control floor and management floor.chapter 3 discusses topology in D&M distributed network, advances a new topology configuration-multi-stage distribution tree.How to schedule system software in the D&M distributed system is studied in chapter 4. Furthermore, in detail we dissertate several scheduling techniques to realize it.In order to interpret the use of the modeling of D&M distributed system, chapter5&6 emphatically treatise the application of D&M distributed system in the rod and ingot D&M distributed system introduced in chapter 5 and microbearing D&M distributed system introduced in chapter 6. In the two examples, we dissertate system function compartment, the analysis of control structure, the configuration of system hardware. In chapter 5, layer technique about software is applied in servo sub-system and hot water sub-system, subsequently several kinds of servo motion mode are realized in servo sub-system, the experimental data about servo precision are presented. In chapter 6, we treat with how to realize the scheduling of system assignment, the realization of network RS-232, RS485, Ethernet in system software design is also discussed.chapter 7 offers the evaluation about the two actual applied system, the reflection on the modeling of D&M distributed system is presented.chapter 8 summarizes the work of the dissertation and prospects the future research work.
