On-line measuring of metallic ore powder particle is the main puzzle that confronts the researcher who is engaged in particle size research of the powder particle. The prerequisite of the closed-loop control of the powder particle in the process and of the improvement of the product quality and optimized control is the on-line measuring of the particle size. The article is based on the existing condition of the foreign on-line measuring equipment, associated with the actual of the working site, given the research subject-research and development of the on-line measuring of the particle size system- of Baotou steel company. On-line measuring system's research and development achieves success.Chapter one set forth the necessity of developing on-line measuring ofparticle size system, state the source of research subject and the article'sprimary coverage.Chapter two set forth the requirement of system design, system'stechnological process and system's composition. The scheme ofintegrated design of the control system is put forward at last.Chapter three introduced construction principle and characteristic of theLVDT, analyses the signal process circuit of traditional LVDT and theimprovement method, gives the detailed circuit design process and keyparameters.Chapter four determines the field data calibration and experimental analysis process. Through regression analysis of calibration data, chapter four defines the relationship of particle distribution and particle size, establish the theoretical base of on-line measuring of particle size. Chapter five modularized PLC program according to the hardware of PLC system, designed detailed process flow of the system and function block, put forward the way to set the bottleneck of system data process.Chapter six summaries the work done in the system development and analyses the improvement direction of the system. |
