The 1MN Dead Norm Force Machine (1MNDNFM) is a big mass, complex, high precision equipment. It plays important role in one country's expanding economy and construction. The 1MNDNFM is used to inspect force-measure equipment, such as load cell and to compare with other countries. It is primary aim in this thesis at studying this equipment and bringing forward answers, those are feasible and logical, to problems found in studying it. Including some aspects are as follows:Analyze 1MNDNFM'mechanical structure and chief components impacting on inspection precisionThe 1MNDNFM'mechanical structure is very complex. We must analyze every component in this machine, master it's mechanical principle and know well it's working process. Included chief components are weight - force inspection criterion, claw – upholding weights, fixed cage - bearing the weight of weights, moving cage – carrying weights, preloading device – pulling the suspending device - bearing the weight of inspecting weights, lever device – eliminating the suspending device's weight, preventing swing device – preventing the swing of the suspending device. In this thesis we analyze these components and especially analyze lever device and preventing swing device impacting on inspection precision in quantity, in order to ensure the inspection precision in theory and bring forward measures of solving these problems.Analyze 1MNDNFM' surveillance and control The 1MNDNFM has many executing organs, it's executing process is complex, and it's difficult to control. Here is a control mode of THREE LEVEL in this thesis. The first level is a industrial computer, it's a platform and a interface for workers to operating the 1MNDNFM. The second level is made up of a PLC and a singlechip, whose functions are to receive the orders of the industrial computer, driver the executing organs and send back all status all times. The third level is executing organs. The industrial computer sends orders to the PLC and the singlechip by series ports and I/O cards. There is particular introduction in this thesis about series ports and I/O cards.Programming software of the industrial computer, choice of interface, processing of data and result printingIn this thesis we give priority to introducing the industrial computer's software programming by suing of Visual C++. The software control the PLC, the singlechip and two 2000 instruments by series ports and I/O cards. We mostly think of visible control, lifelikeness display and what I see is what I get in choice of interface. We can make use of the VC++'s programming power, to make the control process visibly and to make the control display vividly. That is we can see every order's executing process by cartoons in the display device. The interface is made up of ToorBar, Menu and Control picture. The control interface is familiar with the 1MNDNFM's structure and operators can operate 1MNDNFM by spot pictures and buttons. We program universal processing data software that can deal with data gathered from different machine. These are emphases in this thesis. Analysis ways and solving measure applied in it are applicable for both the 1MNDNFM and other devices similar. The software is success in applying two other force machines and attaining satisfying purpose.
