It is worthy of research problem that in which link install detector and what detection technical is selected and detection location and the quantity of detector, Which satisfy the ITS system demand for dynamic traffic information reasonably The thesis with national intelligent traffic systems crucial technical development and the subject<< basic traffic information collection and optimization scheme research>>which is the son program of the demonstration project << basic traffic information collection and fusion technical research >> is to rely on study.
