IN the 21th century environment and resource is regarded as the most topic, as EV(electric vehicle) technology about battery storage is not still resolved. HEV(hybrid electric vehicle) is borned out. However, with the development of HEV research some key technology obstruct its progress. Such as parametric design, optimize of control strategy, dynamic change and storage and management of energy, if this technology study could be make bigger progress, which is the important factor about entering into the market.Test is the best method of resolving the above problem. Not only test can resolve the mathematic model and environment simulation, but also can validate the design mind and theoretical method, also analyse the factor and problem. Howerve, according to th tested object the test is classified three parts:vehicle test, bed test and component test. Although vehicle test can fully simulate the cycle, but the test cost is high and environment could affect the result. Comparing with vehicle test and bed test , dangerous coefficient of the benefit of bed test is small and components is easy to lay ou, so bed test may replace the vehicle test on the base of objiects and contents tested. Comparing with HEV and traditional vehicle,HEV is hardly controlled, so the development of HEV is based on the analysis and study of HEV. The thesis, which is supported by the HEV sub-project of the 863 Program of China, study and development of test bed as the primary contents. Sysmetically analysis the required technology of bed development, also analyse the test bed function, and plot the model according to the function, which built up dual-axle parallel HEV test bed. Designing the cycle performance test, also make the control flow chart. At last the paper study the methods of result and make some test.First thesis introduce easily the test technology of engine, motor and batteries. Especially studying and analyzing on two problem of dynamical transiting and shift on motor assisting. For example studying Toyota Prius HEV's shifting system. At last introducing the CAN communication technology and dSPACE real-time simulation technology.According to the above signification and factor about test bed's important technology, thesis introduce HEV test bed's development, based on the modular design minds provide some simple and efficiency methods for building up kinds of structure HEV test bed. First opening the analysis of functions, then obtaining the test bed's experimentation about performance and demarcation function. Also introduce the engine, motor and batteries's demarcation function ; In the other hand introduce the total vehicle functions, include the vehicle and components performance test , multi-energy control algorithm and the total vehicle performance test. Then divide the total into some parts, is primary control model, vehicle driving model, inertia simulation model, load simulation model and data gathering model , and study in particular on the inertia model. According to these model build the dual-axle parallel HEV test bed. On the test bed studying the close loop control, applying performance test of some cycle , explain the actual control flow chart at the same time.Thesis study the methods of HEV test about dealing with the results. Include studying the effective of the test, discussing the course of control and logical sequence. SOC correction methods ensure the fuel economy analysis, torque effective valiadation assure bed can silulate accuretly the vehicle cycle.At last, thesis is based on the study of HEV test bed, have test bed' controller validation and dynamical test and analysize the result, validation the function of test bed, prove the signification and function of test bed...
