| The technology of sequential turbocharging of diesel TBD234V12, including the reconstruction of inlet/outlet system, the simulative ca1cuJationai methods of sequential turbocharging breaking point and the design of electric control system, are presented in this paper.First the reconstruction of inlet/outlet system of diesel TDB234V12 is discussed. We finally chose pulse system as sequential turhocharging system from the two sorts of projects, and then described the calcuJationai methods simulating to the sequential turbocharging diesel' s working process.The design of sequential turbocharging controller is the central part of the paper. Hardware design including CPU and periphery circuit, power part, signal collection part, and LCD are discussed in detail. Since the LCD is more important in the design, it is described particularly. The characteristics of ASM51 compile language and program idea are discussed in software design. The main program, the subprogram of signal collection, the subprogram of circular display and the subprogram of control are introduced with the form of flow chart. The subprogram of LCD is mainly introduced and the program code is present ed.In the end, we did the simulative experiments and introduced our simulative experiment system of STC controller. The experiments touched the goal of design on the whole, which proved that the design of system is feasible. The results made clear that the STC controller can control open/close of butterfly valve very good according to designed parameter, so the simulative experiment has practice purport. |
