| In this paper the efficiency and noise of electric machines are discussed in detail. The status and development of efficiency level and noise level in domestic and overseas market are introduced. Besides that the development of flame-proof three-phase induction motors is also included.On the basis of fundamental theories, we analyzed and studied the cause of various losses and noise in motors. And some feasible measures to reduce the losses and control the noise of motors are put forward in order to improve the efficiency and reduce the noise in motors. In order to improve the efficiency of motors, we takes some special measures such as sinusoidal windings, cold rolled silicon steel sheets with high magnetic permeability and low loss, enlareged rotator slots, reduced outer diameter of fan, optimization of ventilation circuits and shaft structure, etc. In order to reduce the noise enlarged gap, higher machining accuracy and dynamic balancing precision of rotator are adopted. Meanwhile skewed slots in rotator, changing the number of parallel circuits of stator windings and optimization of ventilation circuit and shaft structure are also used.Based on above basis, we designed and manufactured a flame-proof three-phase induction motor with high efficiency and low noise. The results prove the analysis and study in this paper are feasible. The success of our research not only brings countless commercial opportunity for Jiamusi Electric Machine Co., Ltd. but also plays active role for development of motors with high efficiency and low noise. |
