| Along with the developing process of modern society, all kinds of naturalresources are more and more scarce, especially electrical power being in deepscarcity. How to save electrical power to meet the need of energy consumptionhas become a common task in society. The controller of intelligent pump is afrequency control system applying in water supply. The system has goodcontrolling and economic performances; especially it can save electrical powerconsumedly. So it could show wide market expectation. In this paper, digital signal processor (DSP) is used to realize the controller ofintelligent pump. The real time data processing capability of DSP is muchstronger than microprocessor, so the hardware design can be simplified. The typeof DSP in the design is TMS320LF2407. The system has a good reliability,flexibility and rapidity. The control software is made by using C language andassemble language. The switch power IC chips of TL3842 and LM2576 are alsoused in the design to improve the adjusting rate of voltage and current of switchpower. The display of controller is realized by using LCD. Under the control ofspecial software, all control functions and running parameters of designed systemare displayed on the LCD panel. Based on frequency controlling, the main circuitis designed to realize rectifying and inversion. In order to get SPWM controllingfunction, some desired computations are done and hardware current is designed.The experiment and industrial running results show that the controller ofintelligent pump has good performances to meet the needs of water supply. |
