| The steel deck-concrete composite slab is one kind of composite structure. It can make full use of the material character of which steel is good at tension and concrete is good at compression. In this paper, the normal construction and design method is introduced and the longitudinal shear resistant problem is the mostly studied.A new numerical model of the composite slabs is put forward. The following assumptions are used in the numerical model:â‘ There are only longitudinal slips on the interface of the slabs, none of vertical separation; â‘¡ The longitudinal shear stress is uniform distribution at the rage of element length; â‘¢ The longitudinal slips are only happened on the interface of the composite slabs. An expression is offered to calculate the bond stress on the interface of the composite slab, through numerical analysis and calculating. The end longitudinal slip, maximal longitudinal slip and the mid-span deformation of three composite slabs have been studied, using the numerical model and the bond stress expression, to compare with test results in this paper. The results of the comparisons show that the expression of the longitudinal bond stress is effective and applicable. |
