After reforming the inhaler system and keep the other systems of the engine, the researchadds a set of methanol supply system, then the engine can be fueled with Biï¼fuelï¼diesel oiland methanol, this engine has several advantages, such as, simple structure, cheap andconvenient.. Several experiments had taken with the reformed engine supplied with Biï¼fuelï¼diesel oiland methanol, the experiment datum show if the content of inhaled methanol varies fromtwenty-six percent to seventy-seven percent, the engine can run smoothly, and if the content ofmethanol exceeds seventy-seven percent, the engine will run roughly. Comparing and analyzing the experiments between in the original and in the reformedengine, the result shows that the methanol supplying system has no influence on the originalvelometer, its speed ability is very normal. The amount of the supplied methanol influences theengine function greatly, when the amount of the methanol supplied from 212g/h to 722.89g/h,the reformed engine is better than the original one in power property, economy property andemission property. The reformed engine emits less carbon-smoke than the original engine, but when the load islight, it can emit non-burned fuel. The reformed engine power property and economy propertyare lower than the original engine's in low-load section, but in middle and high-load section, theyare better than the original engine's, and the reformed engine has well extra-load property. The reformed engine's emitting temperature is lower than the original one, and the more themethanol supplied and the bigger the load is, the bigger the difference between the two kinds ofthe engine's emitting temperature is, in the respect of the valid efficiency, the reformed engine'sis higher than the original one's. The most outstanding advantage is thereformed engine can save 12.85 percent in cost than the original engine. In the engine load analysis, the research makes use of the Regression analysis to set up themathematics models of the engine load property curve line, and then analyzes these models, atthe same time, the research analyzes the engine correlative property qualitatively andquantitatively.
