This paper relies on National Natural Science Fund Project "Complex issue of Inhabitant Recombination and Travel Distribution and Research in its Model" and Jilin Province Preeminence Youth Fund Sustentation Project "Research in Macro-Traffic Flow Theory". The dissertation consists of six chapters. The second chapter and the third chapter and the fourth chapter are emphases of this dissertation, there into the fourth chapter is hard-core.The first chapter introduces research background, significance, content and method. Since the innovation and open up, our city changes planned economy system into market economy gradually. Our economy system, labor distribution system, ground usage system and housing system all takes biggish change in the change. With the embedding of market economy, all kinds of merchandise, technology, information, person with ability and so on are all coming to market. It consist housing that people concerned, so break employee dorm uptown that match with planning economy and make the commercial house uptown in the highest flight. In the conversion from employee dorm uptown to commercial house, our city lie in special period that there are two housing system together. Then inhabitant recombination as an especial phenomenon is appearing. It will break intrinsic uptown inhabitant configuration and traffic balance system and lead to distinct otherness between uptowns, and then influences continue development of city. It is a desiderate problem that is research inhabitant recombination rule and finding out ration model suit to it. It will be realized significance that set up inhabitant travel distribution model in the process of inhabitant recombination through research its rule. The research productions can guidance us planning city earth usage and traffic, building resident section and employment. It also can provide theory base for extension of city and suburb of city.The second chapter analyzed inhabitant travel character after housing innovation and recombination regular and its influence on transportation. This chapter start with housing system innovation hold with its proceed, discuss the influence on inhabitant travel distribution from difference phase of housing innovation. It is a course from quantitative to qualitative change, namely housing innovation will influence inhabitant travel distribution hugely when it reach a certain degree. In order to find out the character of inhabitant travel distribution under new housing mode, the paper apply travel information about three commercial uptown of ChangChun to analyze character of inhabitant travel distribution from travel time and distance and travel mode. Through contrasting with employee dorm uptown, we can get the conclusion such as decrease of travel time and distance, travel mode diversification, inhabitance tend to choose faster mode. But inhabitance travel time distribution change little based on difference travel mode except walking. It show that inhabitance have an acceptance limitation of travel time whichever mode, and is important for researching inhabitance travel distribution. Moreover inhabitance travel distance distribution has no obvious regulation based on difference travel mode. So author take travel time distance as research object. Through the research on difference of inhabitance travel distribution, we can open out the rule of recombination and fine the influence on transportation from it. The third chapter is theory base. This chapter expatiate the theory of electronic energy and energy level transition about quantum mechanics that applied in the paper. Bohr put forward two quanta hypothesis in order to resolve contradiction about atom architecture between experiments and classical theory. We know that electronic energy lie discontinuously from Bohr's atom stationary state hypothesis.
