The Realization Of The Unattended System For The Central Of The Power Automatization System

The automatic dispatching system is the important way and foundation for dispatchers to monitor and control the electric network. In order to keep the power grid going safely and steadily, staffs of supporting the automatic dispatching system are divided into two groups --One group is called "maintenance staff" who is in charge of not only the trouble shooting of both the transformer substations and the central station, but also the job of new stations' bringing into service, the other is called "operation staff" in charge of the central station's twenty--four--hour duty to avoid troubles occurring on the automatic system and what is more , they'll do some simple and periodic routine attention so as to inform the "Maintenance staff" of the troubles in time wherever found . With the improvement of both the software and hardware's level of the automatic system , and installation of remote-monitor systems, the tenet of "Reduce personnel to promote efficiency" has been placed on the agenda. The company's has decided to withdraw the "operation staff" and to change the manned system into unattended one. Thus we have developed and exploited " unattended system for power automatic system central station " , which may be on duty instead of the "operation staff" and meanwhile, statistical report the trouble for the power automatization and daily and monthly tables for the power system can be made automatically, and timely phonetic and literal alarm as available.
