The high grade pavement has expericed three corse from flexible and rigid one to semi-rigidty quickly ,even some low grade pavement takes the semi-rigity material as its base. . Thanks to the semi-rigity material's easy obtaining,simple technics,high rigity and intensity, but low pric,the semi-rigidity pavement has become a kind of main form in Chinese high grade pathway.. However, the pavement is easily spoiled by reflective cracking from semi-rigidity base Because semi-rigidity base is sensitivity to low temperature and little humidity , so through adverse circumstance and reduplicate vehicle load.the base can have easily rupture by much dryness and low temperature.Then these interior fractures will extend to exterior asphalt.Transverse fracture is a leading form of pavement's breakage.lt may be made by structure's temperature cracking .dryness cracking and traffic load. Here aiming at temperature and traffic load factors,have a systemic study about strcture's stress distribution.Plan is to make use of ansys to calculate pavement structure's distortion with full grade Gravelly Interlayer carefully through changing each layer's thickness and module. Next, analysize stress among bottom of surface asphalt layer and top of semi-rigitidy base .Lastly.make a conclusion: how to distrube stress and strain about the structure after adding Gravelly Interlayer . In order to avoiding interior fracture,it is a crictical that base's stress is below the material's intensity limit.Basing on it.Make a possiblecombination about material's thickness and module to predict it's compacity to outside load . It can do some work for design of pavement structure.
