The Simulation And Evaluation For Programming Project Of Zhuozhou Agricultural Science And Technology Park

As one of the completely new agricultural economic development model in the agricultural hi-tech times, agricultural science and technology park had the important function to agricultural development in our country, so a great deal of research was jumped in agricultural science and technology park. In this thesis, the system dynamics and evaluated index system was used to study the planning of zhuozhou agricultural science and technology park, which will have much significance both in theory and real practice.First, the planning aims and circumstances of zhuozhou agricultural science and technology park was analysed, and then the planning of the zhuozhou park was studied. Based on the study of zhuozhou agricultural science and technology park' planning, the system dynamics was utilized to establish programming project simulation, and the different results of park development by different scale of investment was predicted through emluator. Based on the results, the academic sustainment and scientific thereunder was offered to establish the planning project of the park, and the utilization the SD thesis in the study of park also provided references to the other park' research, and it offered references about building up system dynamics model to other author related to this thesis.Based on the simulation of SD, the evaluation index system was established to control the development of the park using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and the evaluated index system also can be applied to the other science and technology park.Finally, based on the study results, the countermeasures and advice was provided to the planning of zhuozhou agricultural science and technology park and some suggestion was gave on how to utilize SD and establish the evaluated index system.
