In assigning the port hydraulic structure, the most dangerous wave to act on breakwater is not all forward wave and it is more practical to consider the action of the diagonal wave. By researching, Can find out the favorable and unfavorable respects of the oblique wave acting,and in out of offering the basis for confirming the wave loads of the breakwater accurately and rationally and making the design more rational. At the same time ,popularize it to apply to the wharf and other hydraulic structure. the paper combines the achievements of the test research on the interaction of diagonal waves and vertical breakwater in the import technological brainstorm project of the Ninth Five-Year Plan in our country — " key technology of building the deep water port and demonstration project ", get the relation of the wave shape , angle of incidence , single length , wave farward force and upward pressure , Through reducing bendly to the angle of incidence and single length of other formulae , relatively test the achievement and draw rational reducing the method bendly . Utilize the wave mathematics model to reproduce wave situation once around the breakwater . Carry on research on regular wave and irregular wave similarities and differences under test , propose reasonable mode of simulating irregular wave. Indicate through research: carry on the reducing bendly of wave force for adopting the relevant parameters of building single length , wavelength , angle of incidence , indicate through the test data it is effectual, and the reducing method basis of the wave farward force computing technology, can adopt the corresponding formula in the paper . Have judged , and with the change of the angle of incidence to the wave shape in the norm of our country , the wave shape changes too, for example, the farward broken wave, might not be broken when the angle becomes big, adopt for the normal formula to have greater differences at this moment . Through the comparison with other formulae, in the experimental range, every formula has its adaptation terms, though the norm of our country is being divided detailedly to wave force, the computing technology is complicated, but the results of computing and other formulae's are pretty much the same, and it is partial to the danger to the calculation formula of the wave force about broken wave, we can adopt foreign experience , does not offer the method of recommending , but determine through the test. Through research of the simulation method of irregular wave and analysis of irregular wave arrange, can find out the irregular wave must bring the waveheight of the same statistical probability change within the specific range because of the randomness of waveheight , and its association with cycle makes change within the specific limits at the same time. In reflecting the angle range with more similar phenomenon, it is inevitable that the wave force of irregular wave is mare than regular wave's . the standing wave effect of the irregular wave is not so obvious as the regular wave because its accumulated effect is not so obvious as the regular wave, and the big wave group appears, the number greater than the regular wave will appear. Because of wave corresponding cycle change, the wave pressure of building bottom under action of irregular wave is greater than regular wave. The result of the numerical simulation has indicated that the regularity of reflects with angle varying and the diffracted wave near the dyke head will adversely affect adjoint building. This paper not only provides the interaction law between the oblique wave and upright dyke building, but also offer .the wave force computing method linking with relevant methods, compare irregular wave and regular wave at the same time , which can be adopted in study and design computing .
