Membranes separate technology is praised as one of six new and high technology in 21st century. It has been proved by practice that the developments of membrane separate material and technology membrane is inseparable. The developments of membrane separate materials promote the developments of membrane technology, and the enlargements of application field of membrane separate technological put forward the new request to membrane material.Metal membrane is preparaed by suspend particle. The preparation technologies of metal membrane were investigated systemically to provide a scientific basis for commerial product. The main research contents are described as follows:1 The adhesive force of membrane is great while supporting material and membrane material is the same kind of material, and membrane layer doesnot blows cover, come off.2 Functions of max bubble pore size of support most and powder size of membrane layers is D = 2d.3 Dispersing the way, the density of dispersant, concentration of powder and the different powder dispersing in different disperant are key to prepare suspending liquid. Powders are scattered in dispersant by the high-energy dispersing technology; viscidity of dispersant is great, density of dispersant close particle density. Polyvinyl alcohol is choosed as dispersant, and concentration of polyvinyl alcohol ranges from 3wt% to 7wt %; the concentration of particle is 0.4g/cm3.4 The consolidation technology includes dry, the rate of heat-up and sintered. The dry temperature of the metal membrane rangs from 50 C to 60 C, dry time of metal membrane is 10 minutes; The rate of heat-up is 5 v/30mins; The pore size and permeability of metal membrane reduce with the sintered temperature of metalmembrane rising. When sintered temperature is over 1000, the influence of sintered temperature to pore size is small. When presinter temperature is 600 掳C. Performance of metal membrane is good.5. Metal membrane is prepared by machinery. The higher rotational speed is, the shorter time of film coating, the better uniformity of metal membrane. The thickness of metal membrane is determined by quantity of suspend liquid, the thickness cancalculate with h =.6 High accuracy metal membrane can be prepare by small particl and good film coating. The max bubble pore size of metal membrane is 6 m, average flow pore size is 1u m.
