With the improvement of the people'living standards, the passengers have paid more and more attention to the comfortableness of the railway air-conditioned passenger train. Whether it could meet people's demands, has already become the important subject of the air conditioner of passenger train.The objecet of this paper is the high-speed railway air-conditioned car. It will be well-developed soon. Because the sealing property of high-speed train is better than the ordinary, how to do ventilation well soing as to ensure air quality seems even more important.This paper has carried on the numerical simulation to the present ventilation way by the software PHOENICS, complies the result with experimental result, and the simulation result is reasonable. On this basis, puts forward a kind of scheme and idea of displacement ventilation using in high-speed railway air-conditioned car, makes numerical simulation on the flow field of the car and calculates the PMV value of the typical section.All this work wants to provide a reference to the designer and manager of air conditioner of railway passenger car. So as to draw lessons from the advanced mentality of designing of the civil air conditioner to improve the establishment of the ventilating system as soon as possible to reach a satisfactory result on air quality.
