| After Chinese government declaration of opening Pudong, Pudong New Area has changed a lot during it's fourteen years development. In the meantime, Pudong New Area urban residence spatial structure has changed greatly.Based on the sufficient Pudong house datum and correlative dwellers information, this paper has researched the Pudong New Area urban house spatial structure. There are six parts in this thesis.In the first one, it summarized the theory of residence spatial structure from the western and Chinese scholars and defined it's research area and method.In the second part, article analyzed the Pudong residence historical development and found out the different house exploiture type between 24 sections of Pudong.The third part is a core of this thesis. It made a thorough study on the characters of Pudong New Area house layout. With the datum analyzing and author's investigation of whole Pudong, this part researched Pudong residence spatial structure from the three aspects: house scale and density, house price, and residential differentiation.The fourth part discussed how Pudong residence spatial structure formed. And listed up four points: economic effect, traffic effect, ecological effect, world 's fair and government effects.The fifth part discussed the existing problems of Pudong New Area house spatial distribution. Based on the above study, this part pointed out that there were four main problems of Pudong house: (1) House distribution is uneven. (2)Commerce and infrastruction was insufficient. (3) The local dweller's benefits and their house requirements were neglected. (4) Residential differentiations has little appeared.According to all above, the sixth part gave some suggestions to solve the problems of Pudong New Area urban residence. And at the end of this paper, it has drawn a outline of Pudong future residence development. |
