Research On The Start Technology Of Induction Motor Start/generator System

In this thesis, starting technology for induction motor start/generator system has been taken on as the in-depth research theme.Firstly, contemporary research actuality for start/generator is introduced briefly. Then, basic working principles and starting manners of engine in the induction motor start/generator system are done in detail. After that, the starting resisting torque characteristic of diesel engine is analyzed and several starting schemes for starting diesel engine are investigated.Secondly, the adopted motor control method--Direct Torque Control is introduced.Then, the initial flux linkage establishing and the electromagnetic torque ripples are analyzed.Thirdly, on the basis of the conventional direct torque control strategy, the initial flux linkage establishing and electromagnetic torque ripples are researched, and vast theory analysis simulation research and experiment verification are performed. Researching results show that the effect of reducing the electromagnetic torque ripples and the overcurrent striking when starting is obvious. So the methods can be the basis for the further research.
