As the deeper of study about seismic engineering, the research work of aseismic reliability analysis on structures are more and more considerable. In this paper, through studying reliability analysis of displacement deformation and based shear force about ordinary shear type structures at any time of seismic action, the analysis approach combined with JC means and time-history analysis approach is exhumed, the feasibility and orderliness of analysising aseismic reliability about structures are validated. In allusion to the problems existed in the analysis of aseismic reliability about structures, the central studies and achieved results are specified as follows:(1) Starting with the common stationary random model in seismic engineering, and by excerpting the concept of certain time envelope function, seismic accleration model is denoted as uniformly modulated non-stationary random model. Then the complicated earthquake random model is simplified and modeled, and the authenticity of importing ground motion in the construct analysis is assured. So that the conclusion of calculation and analysis is dependable.(2) Starting with analysising seismic response about a single degree of freedom system, and by excerpting the concept of seismic response spectrum, the corresponded connection between seismic response spectrum and seismic accleration power spectrum is approximatively located through the probability distribution of the structures' maximal response with stationary input. Then using the characteristic of seismic response spectrum, and aiming at fitting design response spectrum, the simulation of ground motion is realized by fast Fourier transform.(3) The certain seismic response of linear structure system is analysised by mode decomposition approach. Then by using the conclusuion of studied linear random ordinary differential equation, the mean square solution of random groundmotion equation is constructed by certain approach. At last, the ralation function and variance of structures' response under seismic action is gained.(4) Starting with the actual endured force and deformation characters of shear type structures under seismic action, analysising the destroyed finitude, destroyed mechanism and disabled rule of structures under seismic action, and according to the character of probability and statistic of seismic action, the analysis of aseismic reliability about shear type structures is studied.
