Inspection System For Machine Characteristic Of Vacuum Breaker Based On Virtual Instruments Technology

With the development of computer science, Virtual Instrument technology is widely used in Measurement and Automation, and it becomes an important respect of measure and control nowadays. And it is prevalent to using a LabVIEW system to design and implement Virtual Instruments of Measurement and Automation system. In this work, with the development environment of National instruments LabVIEW, using DAQ PCI-9111HR board, we design and implement an inspection system for the mechanical characteristic of vacuum breaker. Compared with traditional methods, it has many advantages, such as, flexible application of software, high accuracy of measuring, simple circuit of hardware. The working principle, hardware & software construction, design concepts are detailed.
