| At present, most steel structure arch bridges we researched are the connection of the two districts, across the river or the strait and bear the weight of cars, trucks and other vehicles. Whereas the purpose of the arch bridge like the trestle of Oil Dock in Dalian New Port is rarely analyzed. So evaluating the security and the feasibility of the two cases -the current situation and the reconstruction situation is necessary and important for the work of the bridge.At first, based on the blue print and original data, FE interspace model is built hi ANSYS program. Also, the mechanical property abstract about deck is discussed and the rigid links and bearings are well simulated by the constraint equations of ANSYS.Considering the effect of the rust, the bridge's static property of the two case can be researched by using ANSYS static method and preparatory conclusions can be made: Under the I grade of the rust, the effect of the rust to the entire structure can not do much harm and can be ignored; the stability of the bridge under the reconstruction situation is much better than the current situation; and the maximum stresses of the dominative section do not surpass the allowed values.Through a great deal of the calculation results, the dynamic properties are acquired, and so the capability of the structure can be concluded in a deeper situation: the whole stiffness of the structure is big, and so the period is short; the dynamic properties change little under the two cases.And then, four combined conditions are designed and acted on the model. Based on this precondition, far seismic wave is input. From the response spectrum results and far seismic impulsion, and with contrast of response of the middle of the arch and the main beam, the south base, more information can be got: The displacement in Y-direction is significant, so that we can know that Y-mode acts as main factor to the seismic response; The displacement in the middle of the entire bridge is much heavier that other places, so it should be paid more attention.After that, the model is acted by six combined seismic waves that are imputed from 3-dimension space. From the tune-history calculation results, the most strongly impulse direction is known.In the end, combining the result of the static & dynamic properties, spectrum response and seismic response, an integrative summing-up can be easily concluded. |
