This paper with the Ministry of Public Security in the People's Republic of China have set up to use for and kidnap hostage that shooting train to kidnap hostage shooting train electronic simulation target as the background, adopt microcomputer control technology, use MCS 51 computer to design the controller of the sport target of simulation for the microprocessor, through adjusting leading the open angle of the solid state relay ,through using Fuzzy-PID arithmetic, have realized that the speed of the electrical machinery is regulated, thus the motion state of simulation people, can guarantee to train personnel to train the shooting in case of similaring to the actual combat, experience to the necessary sensation of movement, grasp indispensable judgement and shooting technical ability and basic demand, can achieve the purpose to improve shooting level which train people .The controller in the article has adopted the structure of mixing of routine PID and fuzzy controller , whole system operate under routine PID control method under the normal situation, when system external situation that interfere, adopt which kind of concrete controller need and determine through the size of deviation. In different torealize controlling in terms of intra-area with different control methods by stage--namely adopt the pure proportion control method when the error is great, switch over the fuzzy control method when smaller than a certain threshold value in error, when adjust to the deviation range allowed, still switch over routine PID control method, Fuzzy controller adopt pair enter and publish fuzzy structure of controlling only, its control curve realize with Matlab among them.It is proved by the practice of the project that train the target to adopt Fuzzy-PID control method alertly by moving have got very good stability and is controlled, has offered the rational training utensil for public security department.
