| The fault diagnosis technologies of important equipment in the factory are attached much importance to in the modern production. In the dissertation a systematic study of the automatic on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis of pump is made in such respects as the ordinary fault of pumps,mechanism and characteristic, the vibration signals of pumps extracting and the signals pretreated, the vibration parameters converted through software integrate. The dissertation puts forward the pseudo-synchronous signal resample(PSSR)technique, so we can computer order domain analysis to processing vibration signal and abstract the feature related to the speed of varying speed pump. A diagnosis model of BP Neural Network is constructed which can diagnose the fault reliably.In the dissertation a systematic study of the automatic on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis of pump is made and a system of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis for pump is developed which is accurate, effective, reliable. |
