Based on kinematics and dynamics analysis of configuration characteristic and operating principle of hydraulic excavator employment equipment and graphics modeling with matrix, a set of software applied in Computer Aided Design and simulation for backhoe mechanism of hydraulic excavator came out. With dynamic link library used in the text, simultaneous data was sent to Matlab, then fitted in Matlab. Besides, types and function parameters of mostly single bucket excavator factory was provided in the software which convenient for user to consult and compare with new design.The dissertation chooses active arm of excavator employment equipment as typical component part to feature modeK manufacturability analysis and design and simulate of NC machining process. It proves that NC machining based on feature modeling can improve worked efficiency of mechanism components' designing and manufacturing and has superior engineering value.The software can accomplish designs reliably and has some innovate worthiness to excavator design. It can mend and consummate the application of CAD/CAM with excavator field.
