| On the background of the innovation of the wall material and the current situation of the development in China, the regenerative material is synthetically used to prepare new wall material, including High-environmental-protection Steam-maintain Fly Ash Bricks(HSFAB) and Self-Aerated Lightweight Concrete(SALC).The mechanics characteristic, durability and micro-structure of the new wall material are analysed. It shows that the materials are the perfect replacement products of the traditional solid clay brick.Two systems of HSFAB-cement-steel slag-fly ash-slag and lime-steel slag-fly ash-slag- are designed to fit for the requirement of performance, cost and environmental-protection, etc.. On the basis of the characteristic of the industry waste slag, which is high added to the HSFAB, different kinds of catalyzing methods are adopted to make the waste residue more active. The additive F, developed by the author can obviously improve the mechanics characteristic and durability of HSFAB, especially the restraining of the drying shrinkage. Based on the study of technics parameters and the problems in the manufacture, HF-1100 series full-automatic hydraulic pressure wall brick presses is chosed to solve the problems, such as low molding pressure, low efficiency and the certified product ration.The study on SALC includes:1) the study on the harmonization between aeration rate and melts thickly rate;2) the study and application of the New Multi-function Composite Additive(NMCA);3)the study on the durability of SALC; 4) the designation of the structure of new multi-functional unbearing compound wall and fast equipment mold, etc. The results show: the additive can improve the harmonization of the workability and mechanics characteristic of SALC to a certain extent; improve the volume stability of SALC under different environment by enhancing the resistance to the freeze and thaw, dry and wet circle and drying shrinkage.The accomplishment of the task is applied in Wuhan. And it is proved that HSFAB and SALC have good mechanics characteristic, durability and high performance/cost rate. The high content of industry waste slag lead to a good benefit on social, economy and environment, so the study have been offered the solid theoretical foundation and the technique direction for the innovation of wall material in China. |
