Cement Mixing Pile Complex Base Technique Research And Practice

Cement mixing pile composite foundation,as one of the base treatment measures introduced to China,has been developed and continuously improved in its construction technique.The technique of mixing piles has been spread in the saturated soft clay region for its characters such as simple in operation,short construction period,low cost,low noise and easy to control.In this thesis,with the example of the Baoding Heat Power Plant Technical Transformation project,in which the mixing pile is used for the first time in Baoding region.Based on the definition and basic principle,of research is made on the cement mixing pile construction techniques,during the construction process,through effective quality control,especially those of the construction parameters,reasonable working measure is worked out to ensure the quality.Test is made on the piles,to meet the design requirements.Many field tests experition.Through the applicational research of the above technique,objects such as simple operation,short working period and reliable quality are achieved,and also the working experience and in good agreement in the of cement mixing pile foundation gained is obtained.
