| Hongji Commercial Center of Tianjin features in super-high dual tower and reinforced concrete out-framework and inner-pipe building structure. Its total building area is 150 thousand square meters and both towers have 39 stories and 46 stories above the ground, corresponding to 148.05 and 170.45 meters high, respectively. The structure of the 7-story apron is a reinforced concrete framework. All the building is based on a large podium at bottom, while large basement lies on different levels, with each bury being 15.6 meters and 9.55 meters, respectively.This paper gives researches on the field dynamic characteristics under different buries and analyzes both earthquake response for two-three stories basement through Super SAP93 program and elastoplastic responses of both towers using NDAS20 software. This gives the conclusions that the period and earthquake response show to be small when base buries have 6 meters in difference under the same earthquake wave. The dual tower with base structure can be simplified as a single tower with a base structure to simplify seismic analysis and calculations with small errors, when stiffness of the basement of the dual tower is larger.The research results have been used in the Hongji Commercial Center project. Some structural designs have been modified and some problems, not dealt with in the super-high reinforced concrete building structural design rules, are also solved. Structural seismic tends to be reasonable through the adjustment. All this accumulates a great deal of experiences for super-high building structure of Tianjin. |
