Research Of Design And Construction Technology On Mobile Form Of Jinan Viaduct

Monothlic mobile form system is a new style in-situ box girder construction form, it's adopted more and successfully abroad, but there only a few indraught case in our country. The design and product of the system is still blank in our country. Jinan Viaduct is along a river ,limited by the location circumstance, the routine construction method can't up to the investor's require on the cost and the time limit for the project. through more scheme comparison and choose ,the mobile form scheme is adopted.In this thesis, according to the characteristic of the Jinan Viaduct, the designs scheme of the mobile form is putted forward, and it's security and stability is checked computation by analysis of the construction condition and using the Super-SAP computer program, there are a series of theories value getted that can be used to guide the construction. In this thesis, the mobile form's construction technology is summarized, Such as the key technology ,equipping scheme of the personals and facilities etc. the mobile form's solution scheme,calculation method and construction technology summering that the thesis involved have higher consults value to the same kind project ,it deserve spreading and application.
