The rock masses stability of hydraulic structure and geo-technical project is thoroughly studied in the theory and its application in this paper, some complicated problems in practice are solved, the physical relationship of the fractured masses and numerical simulating methods of reinforced rock masses are explored in theory. The main contents are as follows:a. Through the analysis of the mechanics and destruction feature of the fractured rock masses, the mechanics feature of fractured rock masses is analyzed with multi-laminateframework model. The model can reflect the multi-sets feature of the rock masses in practice, consider the influence of the joint orientation and strength to the rock masses deformation feature, and simulate the simultaneous sliding, tension and close behaviors of the multi-sets jointed rock masses extending the joint surface, and reflect the plastic deformation induced the rotation of the principle stress axes. The result can be extended to fractured rock masses with arbitrary set joints.b. The corresponding formulas in the elasto-plasticity theory of multi-laminate framework model are deduced and testified.c. The nonlinear algorithm for multi-laminate framework model is suggested, and the corresponding finite element method (FEM) procedure is developed.d. An approach is brought forward to consider arbitrary orientation rock bolt, in this model while forming the calculation mesh, the orientation of the anchor needn't consider, only the coordinate formation of starting point and destination of the rock bolt is needed, the formation of rock bolt in combination element can be formed automatically. Through the example, the model has high computation efficiency, and can simulate the effect of reinforced rock masses finely.e. On the basis of drawing up the discrete rod element, the preprocessor procedure forming the element formation of arbitrary orientation rock bolt is worked out.f. The reasonable and characteristic result is come into of the concrete dam foundation, the rock slope and Roller-compacted Concrete Dam with the procedure of deformation and stress analysis of fractured rock masses and numerical simulation of reinforced rock masses.
