| The research state, significance, and applications about boiler steel frame are introduced, including its merits and demerits. Considering special form of the boiler frame, the reconstruction and enforcement method, in addition dynamic analysis are given by particular steps: establishment of the model of boiler steel frame, determination of earthquake loads and distribution form, and anti-side force system for the frame to model and analyze, involving loads on the frame and above it, earthquake loads, damping, sway control installation, hanging bar and plate beam.The effect factors of boiler steel frame are analyzed, loads composition and structural distribution, also the design code and special value norm for load classification are discussed, mainly including state and live loads, wind and level earthquake. Considering materials and constructions style the computation for state mechanics on beam and column, and connection are made. The stability and anti-seismic design method and construction measure also are analyzed.Basic index and reliability principle of steel structure, and geometric significance are analyzed. The main computation methods, such as two order moment method, separation function and separation item coefficient, linear separation, and central point, check point, Monte-Carlo are presented. Reliability analysis under relative variable, boundary determination (single and double boundaries) is analyzed. The extreme value distribution reliability is obtained. Initial study on dynamic reliability for steel structures is made.By engineering example, the site and foundation index and liquefaction are studied. The earthquake loads analysis, including loads composition and anti-seismic design construction measure, and steel dynamic characteristic, free vibration equation and dynamic response analysis methods are proposed. Based on reliability theory, the evaluation method for reconstruction and enforcement of boiler steel frame is given. In enforcement plan, the beam and protect plate, and random resistance are analyzed, in which the normal random variable and maximum stress element as evaluation standard are considered. The results show that whole structure has high reliability index and values, so the boiler steel frame is enough safety and reliability.Finally prospect of research and engineering applications of boiler steel frame is discussed in this paper. |
