Based on a quasi-static test of two-lay-three-story Concrete-filled Rectangular Steel Tubular Frame(CRSTF), ductility behavior, dissipation of seismic energy , degeneration of stiff and intensity of the CRSTF under low-frequency, horizontal, repeat load are analyzed. Hysteretic curves to each floor of CRSTF between displacements and repeat loads, together with corresponding framework curve and resilience model to top floor of CRSTF is shown, too. Theoretical research based on the quasi-static test such as theoretical analysis in nonlinear finite element method, programs to shape function of isoparametric element of hexahedron with eight nodes and to stiff matrix of elements, application of resilience model in degeneration equation of elastic module of concrete goes along. In the end, computer simulation of the test with ANSYS is given, together with hysteretic curve of simulation. As a result, simulative analysis of the test process by computer, based on theoretical research achievements given by this dissertation, is very effective and ideal.
