The Study Of Status Monitoring And Fault Diagnosis Test System Of Boiler Feed Pump

A test-bed of DG45-80×10 hypo- pressure feed water pump is designed, based on which the general on-line performance testing system is developed and the thermodynamic method is introduced to measure the efficiency of the pump. A new programming technology combining VC++ with MATLAB is presented by which the vibration monitoring system of boiler feed water pump is developed successfully to perform data analysis after on-line acquisition.
