In Tibetan plateau-the roof of the world, the energy and industry development and infrastructure construction is seriously delayed because of the low temperature, cold weather and lack of Oxgen. In recent years,its economy and infrastructure construction are speeded up with the open policy and Westen Development and support from the inland, but its construction progress is limited for half-year winter time. Concrete construction is influenced seriously by the low temperature climate, because the concrete quality and its construction technology in winter is required and controlled, and the heat energy supply for temperature control of concrete construction in winter is a problem in Tibet.It is impossible to rely on the conventional energy such as electricity, fuel, coal, etc considering the actual energy distribution in that area. With the development and utilization of solar energy and its forming of application and dissemination system, it is important and realistic that rich solar energy is used for solving concrete construction of winter time in Tibetan area.In this article, firstly, it provides common concrete construction methods in winter and detailed analysis of its application conditions , and calculating methods for necessary heating capacity during winter concrete construction according to the heat equilibrium theory; secondly,it analyses main factors for influencing solar heat radiation, providing relevant calculating methods and heat behavior analysis methods for heat transforming and transferring progress of solar energy utilization installation.Typical technological process of solar energy utilization is given out forthe first time based on the above mentioned methods; lastly, it takes an example of ZK power plant in Tibet to carry out project actual calculation and mathematic simulated analysis in water consumption and grand&sand aggregate pre-heating system of winter concrete construction according to offered analyzing system, A new idea of the solar aggregate warehouse is provided combining reconstruction of aggregate piling pot of this project, and feasible conclusion in technology and economy after analyzing and calculating.This article emphases on discussion and study of setting up solar energy preheating system in winter concrete construction and states that solar energy utilization technology is not only feasible in technique in winter concrete construction of Tibetan area, but also more reasonable and economic comparing other conventional energy. It demonstrates the feasibility of setting up solar energy preheating system in winter concrete construction.
