Mode Of The Behavior In Housing And The Space Of Common Activities Space In Congregate Housing In China After 1949

This paper firstly established the theory system of the mode of the behavior in housing. The mode of the behavior in housing is a result of impaction of living requirement and the economic and culture of society. The social conditions always influence the mode of the behavior in housing from one aspect or more to change the whole mode. This paper then researched on the variance about the space of common activity in congregate housing in China after 1949 from the mode of the behavior in housing.Whether in the congregate housing designed with reason but using irrationally at the beginning of our country establishment or the entire one-family but small area congregate housing mode during the period of "yi wu" the limit of economic situation and more city people arose there has no possible for the differentiation of activity in housing. Because the bed hold the dominant space, the meaning of activity in housing gave priority to sleeping, so there has no special common activity space in housing. Repasting and receiving spread in bedrooms, mixed space.During the period of the end of 1950 and the beginning of 1960,in some high standard housing , once the space which activity in housing carries out to rely on allowed, repasting firstly separated from the mixed space to become one separated cell .The special space of common activities in congregate housing came into being by enlarging the aisle.Later the Cultural Revolution began and debased the housing cost. Many facilitated houses were built. Kitchen and washroom were kept out the house. In this kind of house, the living space is very limited and only can satisfy the requirement of sleeping. The special space of common activities in congregate housing disappeared.In the end of 1970,the economic condition straightened up ,the limit of living area was broaden and the space which activity in housing carries out to rely on was allowed, repasting firstly separated from the mixed space to become one separated cell because of the requirement of hygiene. The special space of common activities in congregate housing came into being by enlarging the aisle again.In the 1980's, television became an important factor to arose the change of mode of the behavior in housing. Watching TV is a disturbing activity and requires special space to satisfy. This arisen new separation of common activities in congregate housing andthe common activities space of true meaning came into being. In the end of 1980s,the conditions which activity in housing carries out to rely on were changed and arisen the broad of the common activities space in congregate housing. And the mode of big living room but small bedroom can explain it.At the beginning of 1990's,the meaning of activity in housing changed and the common activities space in congregate housing became the core of the congregate housing and the mode of big living room but small bedroom became the main tendency. With the more notice of privacy, the common activities space in congregate housing expanded.In the end of 1990's, the entire startup of merchandising housing bring on the housing as an agent to bring forth the individuality. And the common space in housing became the important space to bring forth the individuality . This changed the meaning of behavior in housing. It arisen new separation of common activities in congregate housing and increase of the content and the common space in housing with individuality.In a word, the change of the mode of the behavior in congregate housing is spread under special political and economic conditions. Just the special culture condition made the mode of the behavior in housing different with the mode of ancientry in China which was spread around the fire and the mode after 1949 spread with the sleeping unimportant and was individuality .This paper just research on five periods and want to open out that under special economic and culture condition, the influence of social living acts the space of common activities space in congregate housing by mode of the behavior in housing.
