| This paper discusses the optimization problem of 3-D elastic contact objects in theory using BEM,and analyze the real contact problem of helical gears.The author developed the program which is necessary for the stresses analyses. Analyze the stresses distributing of helical gear in long direction using 3DCBEM. Optimize the shape of dentiform using CVM as the optimize algorithm. The result were satisfied.
