Along with the development of industry and science technology, request to the function of sine wave inverter is more and more high. The purpose of this system is realizing high performance, multifunction and intelligence. This system uses microcontroller MR16 and microcontroller W77E58 to control the inverter sub-system and the keyboard supervising sub-system separately. This paper put forward the realization method of a kind of multi-function general use inverter system which added other functions based on the independent sine wave inverter, it not only can be used as independent inverter power supply but can be used as an in-support mode UPS which realize synchronous with the phase of power grid voltage and realize to switch with power grid mutually, it also can realize three phase AC output by the combination of three synchronous inverters, experiment proved it in this way has a stronger ability of resisting three phase unbalance load.This paper put forward a method of using amending sine value in the SPWM sine table. This method can correct the distortion of the output voltage waveform, which resulted from the dead time used to the voltage type whole bridge main circuit. The inverter system adopts digital fuzzy controller with feed forward correction and which proportion coefficient and integral coefficient is changeable, so dynamic response is improved. Perfect protection feature is designed hi this system. Also this device features diagnosing fault of power grid, can realize switch between the inverter power supply and power grid. The keyboard supervising system is controlled by the microcontroller W77E58, can be dependable to supervise the operating state of the system and to modify the parameters, so can realize the intelligent operation and control.This paper discussed the basic theory foundation of the inverter power supply first, then described and discussed how to realize the system in detail. Finally this paper based on the analysis of the sample system put forward the features in this system and indicated where should to be improved and the improvement measures.
